Do you cater?

The Kids Paradise itself does not cater however we have a list of suppliers that we use for events if needed.

Do you come to my area?

We travel to most areas in the GTA, please share the location early so we can coordinate and confirm.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

Eventually, it will happen - This is part of life! However, once your entertainment has been confirmed and your confirmation e-mailed to you, please note that the entertainment may only be postponed. Based on your availability we will find an alternative more suitable date for you.

How can I pay?

You can pay via interact and send the payment to us at: event@kidsparadisebirthday.com. Payment can also be made over the phone and will require a credit card to confirm the booking. Deposit and final payment. The final payment can be processed at the venue or by EMT a day before the scheduled event's date.

Do you do adult parties?

Yes, we do! Please follow our sister company Paradise Events and Co for more information. Kids Paradise is associated with children which is our business focus and mission.

When do you need the final RSVP count?

The final RSVP count is needed at least 10 days before the party date.

What happens if guests arrive late?

Our parties are based on a schedule, they work best when all guests arrive at the scheduled party start time. Those guests coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to, but we won’t be able to extend the time as we may have another event booked afterward.

Do adults stay during the party?

Adults are welcome to stay! We often request that at least one adult or parent stay with us during the event length. However, please note that our goal is to have the birthday child and their guests at the center of attention that is why we ask that you keep the noise level down to avoid distraction and enjoy the moment. A boho-style space is available at the front of the party club for parents. We offer hot drinks (tea, coffee) and water to your guests. If you want full services from the staff such as food and drinks, please note that separate fees will apply based on the food order and number of guests to serve

Who takes care of a guest if they become ill, are a behavior problem, or do not want to participate?

If a kid that was invited to the party isn’t feeling well, we recommend that they stay home to avoid contagion. Otherwise, if they are only tired or not ill but not feeling well for other reasons, we recommend that they come with their parents and stay close to them during the event.

Some things to consider about having your party outside:

Ensure you have a backup plan and space indoors in the event of bad weather or a very hot/cold day. Also, provide sun cream and water for refreshments. We are not responsible for the application and making sure children do not get sunburned.

What we need from you on mobile event:

1) Provide a safe and clean area for dress-up and fun activities

2) Remain with the party

3) Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay

Services are provided to clients in the language of their choice.

 (French Or English).
